Microbial Assessment And Remediation

Mold contamination is a continuing concern for virtually all real estate markets. Undetected—or worse, undisclosed—mold growth can result in lawsuits, large insurance claims, and lost real estate deals. With more than 8 years of experience addressing mold concerns in the built environment, we understand both the perceptions and the realities of this issue. Successful microbial control programs include four critical components:

Assessment—We have conducted microbial investigations at thousands of industrial, institutional, health care, and office building sites. When sampling is necessary, we often design customized sampling protocols to minimize impact to building materials and control costs.

Remediation—We prepare complete technical specifications and work plans for clean-up and often manage the contractor bid process. We manage and monitor the work in progress, and verify completion to established specifications.

Management—We offer proactive moisture and mold management programs as well as ongoing training to help you understand, recognize, and react to water damage and mold issues, enabling you to minimize future problems and reduce costs. Our management programs and training classes are endorsed by major insurance carriers.

Disaster Response—We often provide 24/7 response services to our clients, including documentation to differentiate between preexisting and loss-related conditions.
