Environmental Impact Assessments

IBEC Consulting is recognized for its ability to manage and prepare solutions for a wide range of environmental issues. We have substantial experience managing environmental review processes for a broad range of governmental, non-governmental, and foreign projects.

IBEC Consulting has managed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and equivalent documentation, including Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA), for numerous complex and controversial projects.

 We have extensive experience working with senior agency staff and attorneys—as well as applicant staff and their in-house and outside counsel—frequently in time-sensitive situations. We have also prepared and delivered NEPA training, guidance, and policy analysis to several agencies. We have reviewed several EISs, EAs, and related documents for different  agencies. In addition, we have prepared Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for complex and controversial projects overseas.
